Microsoft Products
I have been exposed to Microsoft products from a very young age, allowing for me to be proficient in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote. I use these programs on a daily basis and they allow for me to achieve simple to complex tasks related to my academic, social, and professional life.

Salesforce
I began using Salesforce throughout my internship with Entertainment Cruises. Salesforce was the main program for: closing sales, checking orders, and searching/creating customer information, etc. On my own time, I decided to continue learning more about Salesforce by signing up for Trailhead and earning badges by completing various modules.

Adobe Illustrator
I began learning how to operate Adobe Illustrator by reading the Adobe books and following along in Adobe with each lesson. I've since used Adobe Illustrator for creating flyers, various layouts, and a logo for a local startup company (Please refer to Portfolio).

Meltwater
I've used Meltwater for a Social Listening project (Please refer to Portfolio), to monitor trends in social media regarding certain companies or topics. Meltwater makes this possible through various widgets such as: sentiment, geographic heat maps, media exposure, channels, etc. I feel this skill and experience are applicable to both my future career and personal references.

Google Analytics
I am Google Analytics certified and this allows me to bring a valuable set of skills and knowledge to the table within any industry interested in their online presence/performance. I was interested in becoming certified to better my skill sets in analytics, especially being in Marketing Analytics Society. Google Analytics can offer a new and creative way to contribute to team projects and offer further insight to the companies we've worked with as an organization.

Google Ads
I am certified in Google Ads from having walked through each module, lesson, and exam. Google Ads has helped me gain a better understanding of SEO and SEM and how everyone can improve their online presence by taking part in Google Ads and the benefits it offers.
